Important Contact Information for AttorneysEVE adheres to Michigan law regarding the confidentiality of victims of dating and domestic violence. All goals are determined by the client and solely client driven. EVE is not medically or psychologically based, therefore, we do not conduct psychological evaluations, psychiatric evaluations, drug tests, treatment recommendations, psychosocial histories or medical evaluations. EVE defers to the client to decide on the services that they want to pursue and for assessment/evaluation of their own progress. Upon receipt of a valid release of information that adheres to the Violence against Women Act of 2005 and confirmation of a service relationship, EVE is willing to submit a letter of verification of services provided to the court.
